    Introduced HYB+ energy-saving servo program using all digital communication with high-end opening-mold positioning function.

  • 2013

    Equipped with high-end programmable logic controller (PLC) on the same level with the American and European makers. Introduced new generation of distributed control system, SANDAL, applied on the hydraulic-electric injection machine, the HYB3 programs, and all-electric injection machine, the HYB5 program.

  • 2012

    The company started to incorporate industrial communication technology and successfully developed distributed plastic machine control system. Developed control system for plastic machine peripherals such as wall thickness controller, in-mold labeling controllers and others. Officially introduced hydraulic-electric hybrid servo energy-saving system.

    Used wireless communication technology (3G) to develop injection machine operation and maintenance system. Established global service centers using the independently developed cloud-based Call Center. Introduced self-developed servo drive products.

  • 2009

    Promoted high-efficiency energy-saving servo system, incorporating digital communication to achieve closed-loop hydraulic control. Started to use customized user interface with full-color LCD screen effects and USB/SD card storage functions.

    Introduced PILOT series control system with all-new network interface.

  • 2007

    Launched first set of control system for all-electric injection machines. Successfully developed "Screen Editor" management software.

    Developed power device used for hydraulic servo system of injection molding machine. Developed AK668 control system suitable for medium to large injection molding machinery.

    iNet, the network management for injection machines was officially introduced. Co-developed all-electric injection machine control system with Siemens.

  • 2003

    Adopted MIPS system and used 6.5 inch 256-color LCD human interface. Developed DSP54X system that was used for high-speed precision models. Started to develop embedded Linux human-machine interface display technology.

    Injection molding machine network management system and control system were integrated and passed the tests for 64 linked injection molding machines.

    Started the development of network management system software.

    The design of control system widely adopts dual-CPU configuration, and that the product line is becoming more diversified and flexible.

    Introduced DCS-220 digital controller. Successfully developed APC-5000 to start using single-board dual CPU. Officially started software development based on PC.

    Developed microcomputer plastic machinery control system with multiple features in single-board, temperature control, pressure, electronic scale, horizontal or vertical and color graphics.

    Introduced the first screen-type injection machine controller in Chinese language, APC-3000, in Asia.
